13th Annual Workforce Planning for Healthcare 2019

Building Effective Workforce Capability in the New Technology Enabled Healthcare Environment

New South Wales and Victoria have collectively invested over $29 billion on health in their 2018 state budgets. The demand for more nurses, paramedics and health specialists means a strategic workforce approach will help to address Australia’s ageing population and the increase in patient demands.

With this in mind, IQPC is proud to host the 13th Annual Workforce Planning in Healthcare Summit, taking place in Sydney between the 20th – 22nd November. This event will serve as an opportunity to learn how to maximise the effectiveness of staff through strategic workforce planning, understanding current capability and scenario planning for the future.
Key topics to be addressed, but not limited to:
  • Implementing the necessary frameworks from both local and international perspectives in order to improve workforce planning and staffing retention
  • Ensuring staff capabilities are in line with new technology advancements
