Chirag Padalia

Chirag Padalia is the Director of Workforce Strategy & Analytics at Aurora Health Care, a private not-for-profit, integrated health care organization with 15 hospitals, more than 150 clinics, more than 3.8 million unique patients, and more than 33,000 caregivers. In early 2013, Chirag founded Lean Systems, Inc., a consulting firm specializing in delivering innovative and effective solutions in human capital management and implementing lean operating systems while partnering with clients at all levels of their organization to identify cost saving opportunities, address their most critical business challenges, and help lead their lean transformation. Chirag received a gubernatorial appointment in December, 2016 to serve on Governor's Council on Workforce Investment for the state of Wisconsin as a council member.

Chirag led the development, from ground up, of the award-winning Workforce Strategy & Analytics function at Aurora Health Care. His team is responsible for developing and implementing the framework to elevate advanced analytics for system-wide workforce planning and partnering with leaders to create a strategic advantage. Prior to Aurora Health Care, Chirag has extensive experience and a proven track record in leading the development and implementation of data driven workforce planning solutions in various industries from automotive to benefits outsourcing. Chirag has presented best practices and thought leadership in this space at several local and national conferences as a speaker and a panelist.
