Meeting the health care challenges of an ageing population with chronic and complex co-morbidity, the pressure to secure and sustain a workforce is heightened by the need to provide safe, high quality care. workforce, sustain low vacancy rates and drive down the utilisation of non permanent staff – positioning themselves as leaders within Victoria and

  • Design strategies to support the novice and experienced nurse to re-enter the workforce
  • Build strategic partnerships and sharing issues in order to come up with comprehensive solutions
